In this context, we work 2 days a week from our offices and the other days from our homes or anywhere we want.

We have two additional valuable practices that differentiate us from other companies in the sector; we work remotely during June, July and August and half a day on Fridays all year round.

With this support, which is applied to female employees with children between the ages of 0-6, male employees whose spouse has died or to whom custody is given after divorce, we provide daycare assistance for 10 months.
