In line with our agile working model, at Roche Türkiye, we continue to create value-driven impact. Within this framework, we work from our offices three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), while on other days, we have the flexibility to work from home or any location of our choice. On Fridays, our working hours are until 14.00.
With this support, which is applied to female employees with children between the ages of 0-6, male employees whose spouse has died or to whom custody is given after divorce, we provide daycare assistance for 10 months.
We encourage our colleagues to apply for programs that will contribute to their professional development, such as master's degrees and certificate programs, and we support their learning journey by covering half of the cost of the training as the company.
Together with our solution partner, we offer our colleagues the opportunity to improve their language skills in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and other world languages free of charge. There are options regarding the language to be developed through one-to-one online lessons or group sessions.
